Patient a young women was referred for evaluation of Intra-cranial bleed . Her Angiogram showed a moderately large AV Malformation in the brain . The patient preferred to undergo embolization.

Under general anesthesia a small tube (Micro-catheter) was navigated under imaging guidance from a blood vessel of the thigh into the malformation and a medical glue was injected . The Post procedure Angiogram shows obliteration of the malformation.

The patient was discharged 48 hours later
