3 year old boy presented with progressive enlargement of the right eye with associated redness.
Angiogram shows a Carotico Cavernous fistula with supply from both the Internal and external carotid artery . (type D). These cases cannot be treated by surgery and the only option occluding the veins that the arteries drain into. A catheter was taken from a vein in the thigh(Femoral Vein) and introduced into the abnormal venous sac . The sac was then embolized with multiple platinum coils.

The eye returned back to normal in 24 hours and he continues to do well after 3 years.
